Teresa has worked for Early Years since 1993. She began her career at Early Years as the office manager/executive assistant and was later elevated to the position of Special Assistant to the President. Teresa has just accepted a position as Director of Human Resources at Early Years. During her tenure at Early Years, Teresa has served in many capacities. She was the administrative coordinator for the NC Early Education Coalition, manager of the TEACH Early Childhood® Alliance for the TEACH Early Childhood® National Center, and communications manager for the TEACH Early Childhood® National Center. Teresa holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, a Master’s Degree in Leadership, a Master’s Degree in Performance Improvement, and a graduate certificate in Human Resources. Early in her career, Teresa worked in early childhood settings as a lead teacher and assistant director at an early childhood program, and director of a morning out program.
