STEP$

Full-time educators working with children birth through age 2 may be eligible for education-based salary supplements.

STEP$ (Supporting Teachers’ Education & Progress) provides education-based salary supplements to low-paid lead teachers, teachers and family child care providers working 40 hours per week with children birth through age 2 in North Carolina.
