Now vice president of System Research and Development at Early Years, Mary Martin began work with Early Years in 1994. Her responsibilities include overseeing the continued work of the statewide Child Care Resource Referral services through both the CCR&R Council and the Infant-Toddler Quality Enhancement Project and performing both the systems research studies undertaken by Early Years and the major program evaluation services.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an undergraduate degree from The College of William and Mary.
