As vice president of Compensation Initiatives at Early Years, Allison Miller oversees two statewide education-based salary supplement initiatives designed to provide critical financial support to the early childhood workforce, the Child Care WAGE$® Program and Infant-Toddler Educator AWARD$® Plus. She also works with other states that have licensed the WAGE$ initiative as a model.
She has been with Early Years and WAGE$ since 1994 and holds both an undergraduate and master’s degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
