Early Childhood Educator Appreciation Day 2022

N.C. Governor Roy Cooper proclaimed today, Friday, May 6, 2022, to be Early Childhood Educator Appreciation Day.

At Early Years, we believe that all children should have equitable access to affordable, high-quality early care and education to lay the foundation for successful life outcomes and that it all starts with having high-quality early childhood educators. They are the workforce behind our workforce, caring for our future. They are heroes. Thank you to all of our early childhood educators, and thank you to Governor Cooper for honoring their commitment to nurturing children and their families with this proclamation and recognition.
