The TEACH Early Childhood® NC Scholarship Program provides the structure for a comprehensive, sequenced program of early childhood professional development opportunities in North Carolina aimed at improving the areas of education, compensation and retention of the early care and education workforce. Recognizing the diverse educational backgrounds of the early childhood workforce, TEACH offers scholarship programs at four levels: associate degree, bachelor’s degree, post-bachelor’s degree and
