November 2, 2021: This webinar kicks off the public efforts of a Yay Babies Strategic Plan. NC submitted this work as part of the NC Preschool Development Grants Birth-Five grant. North Carolina State University and Early Years have a small piece of this effort. The strategic planning is part of this work. It is a multi-year process.
