Do you want to learn how ongoing assessments capture the progress of children’s learning? Ongoing assessments is a process that measures and documents how children learn and develop over time. You will complete this workshop knowing how to identify a child’s strengths and needs, learn how to plan individualized activities, note development progress or concerns and guide interactions. As of October 1, 2025, yogurt and breakfast cereal served in the Child and Adult Care Food Program must meet new added sugar requirements. Prior rules concerned total sugar.
