Edited July 10, 2026: There is a revised version of the RFA below, which now includes a requirement to submit a budget as part of the application. The new language has been highlighted in green for easy reference. The following resources have also been added below to support you as you prepare your application and budget: a budget template (Attachment A), a document with line-item budget and narrative guidance (Attachment B), and an FAQ document.
Project Request:
Early Years is soliciting applications from existing Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) agencies and other organizations within the new CCR&R Eastern Region to serve as Eastern Region CCR&R Services Program Contractors. The RFA includes all eligibility requirements and a timeline for the RFA process.
Applications are due by 5 p.m. on July 17, 2026! Please be sure to use the revised RFA and the accompanying materials when completing your application.
