North Carolina CDA Convening

North Carolina was selected as one of a limited number of states to host a statewide CDA Workforce Convening through the Council for Professional Recognition. Early Years is partnering with the North Carolina Head Start Association, GenerationEd, the Council for Professional Recognition, and other statewide leaders to plan this November 12th event, which will bring together educators, employers, higher education partners, and policymakers to identify strategies for expanding CDA participation and strengthening the early childhood workforce.
